Why This Position Is Different

Most cleaning jobs pay the same flat rate no matter how hard you work. This one doesn't.

This is a W2 employee position — not 1099, not a gig, not a contract role. You are an employee. We provide your uniform, all cleaning supplies, and full paid training. You bring yourself and your work ethic. We handle the rest.

Your base pay is $15/hr — but that's just the floor. Performance pay stacks on top, and our solo cleaners are averaging $31 an hour with our top performers bringing home up to $37 an hour.

Last week, one of our top cleaners worked less than 19 hours and took home $677. That's not a guarantee — that's what's possible when you work efficiently and take pride in your results.

Compensation

• $15/hr guaranteed base pay
• Performance pay stacks on top of base
• Solo cleaner average: $31/hr
• Top performers: up to $37/hr
• Paid every week — every Friday
• Monthly performance bonus — up to $200 extra per month
• Bonuses tied to reliability, communication, and customer satisfaction
• Most part-time team members earn between 👉 $300–$700 per week
• Full-time solo performers can earn 👉 $1,000+ per week

How This Role Works

This is a solo position. You travel directly to client homes, complete jobs using our structured cleaning system, and manage your time efficiently. You are not splitting pay with a partner — what you earn is based entirely on your own output and performance.

New team members complete a paid 5-day training period before transitioning to solo work.

• Do not split pay
• Have more control over their schedule
• Have higher earning potential based on efficiency

What You'll Do

• Clean residential homes using our structured system
• Manage your time efficiently to complete each job
• Provide outstanding service to clients
• Work independently while staying connected to the team
• Represent the company professionally

This is a physical, fast-paced role where the day goes by quickly.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday only
• No nights
• No weekends
• Flexible scheduling within daytime hours (8AM–5PM)
