Compensation

• Guaranteed base pay of $15/hour
• Performance-based pay on top of base

Most part-time team members earn between:

Team members working full-time hours and independently can earn:

👉 $800–$1,100+ per week

This position is best suited for individuals who want to increase their income through performance—not just hourly pay.

What You’ll Do

• Clean residential homes using our structured system
• Manage your time efficiently to complete each job
• Provide great service to clients
• Work independently while staying connected to the team
• Represent the company professionally

This is a physical, fast-paced role where the day goes by quickly.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday only
• No nights
• No weekends
• Flexible scheduling within daytime hours (8AM–5PM)
