This is not a desk job — you’ll be in the field, leading by example, making sure every home meets our high standards, and helping our team grow stronger every day.

What You’ll Do

• Train, coach, and support team members in the field

• Ensure jobs meet our high quality standards

• Step in and assist with cleaning when needed

• Communicate with the office to keep everything running smoothly

What We Offer

• Full-time position (25–35 hrs/week)

• Pay-for-performance earnings: $18–$25/hr

• Reliable vehicle & valid driver’s license
